Cosmetic surgery is an excellent investment in an individual's well being. Because of this, we believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this procedure. Being sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs, we provide the following payment options.

  

SURGERY QUOTE

Upon your initial consultation, you will be provided with at Surgical Fee Quote that details the costs associated with your surgery.  There will be three different amounts payable to three different providers for their services: 

1) The Center for Breast & Body Contouring (Dr. Stiles' Surgical Fee):  Our practice accepts all three of the financing options listed below for the payment of the surgical fee quoted for Dr. Stiles.  Payment in full is due two weeks prior to surgery.

 

2) Surgical Facility:  Not all surgical facilities accept the following financing options listed below for payment of their fees quoted.  Payment in full is due two weeks prior to surgery, therefore a representative from the facility will contact you to handle payment by check or credit card.

  

3) Anesthesia:  Anesthesiologists do not accept financing options for their payment quoted.  Payment in full is due two weeks prior to surgery, therefore a representative from their office will contact you to handle payment by check or credit card. 

CASH OR CHECK
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due at your pre-surgical visit, two weeks prior to surgery. We accept personal and certified checks, but not business checks.

 

CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards two weeks prior to surgery, including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

 

FINANCING TERMS

Our practice has an established relationship with the following financial institutions in order provide financing options for our patients.  Each company has specific criteria to meet and different agreements made with facilities.
