Smartlipo is a very effective method for removing fat below the chin/jowls and skin tightening of the neck.  This procedure may be performed in the office under local sedation. 

 

First, tiny incisions, that are easily hidden, are made just below the chin.  Fat is emulsified by the laser and carefully removed with low suction.  The heat from the laser stimulates collagen production causing the skin to contract and tighten nicely.
